Shipping Policy

Omone Boutique Salon offers a shipping service as an assistant to customers who purchase any of our products. Wherever you are in South Africa, we offer this assistance.

Please note that Omone Boutique is not a shipping entity. H0owever, once a customer buys any of our products online, we use the best-suited quote shipping company, including the South African Post office. The cost of shipping is communicated to the client and the client has to approve for us to send an item for shipping.

For items that require shipping, it is the responsibility of clients to pay the cost share by the shipping company.

Refund Policy

For any items purchased at the Omone Store, a refund is not allowed. However, the exchange might be permitted.

Please note that items like creams and perfumes are not returnable, non-refundable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Omone Boutique does not allow cancellation of services booked,

The onus is on customers to make their intention for exchange known to Omone Boutique Salon within 48 hours of reception of the item.
